SPA ETIQUETTE:
Reservation Policy: A valid major credit card or gift card number will be required to hold all reservations. You are also welcome to reserve your appointments with a full cash payment of services at the time of making your reservation.
Cancellation Policy: Rêve SpaSalon requires no less than 24 hours notification for any cancellations or appointment changes. Same day cancellations or "no-shows" will be charged for the full price of services reserved.
Parties of 4 or more require 72 hours notification of cancellation or appointment changes.
SPA GUIDELINES:
-As relaxation is in progress within our environment, please NO CELL PHONE USE.
-Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment time to ensure you are ready to begin your treatment; arriving late may shorten the length of your service.
-Arrive early, if you plan to use the steam and sauna ammenities prior to your scheduled visit.
-Gratuities are always accepted by therapists for great service. Industry standard is generally 15%.
-It is essential that parents have child care arrangements made for small children on the day of service. Children over the age of 12 are welcome with a made appointment and a signed parental conscent. A parent or guardian is required to sit in on massage services for children under 16.
-Pets (except special assistance animals) may not enter due to client allergies and sensitivities.
-Privacy: Robes and gowns are provided for treatments that require them. A locker is provided to store your belongings. You will be professionally draped at all times to ensure your privacy. Our trained therapists will guide you through your treatments and gladly answer any questions you may have.
